sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content and take proactive measures to prevent, detect, and respond
to any such content or behavior on our platform.
Prevention Measures
- Age Verification: All users must be 18 years or older to use MateFate. We verify
user age during registration.
- Content Moderation: We employ both automated systems and human moderators to review
content and detect inappropriate material.
- User Verification: We offer identity verification features to help ensure users are
who they claim to be.
- AI-Powered Detection: Our systems are designed to detect and flag potentially
harmful content for review.
Reporting Mechanisms
If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe involves child exploitation or
abuse:
- Use the in-app report feature on any user profile or message
- Email us directly at: [email protected]
- All reports are reviewed within 24 hours and appropriate action is taken immediately
Response Protocol
When we receive a report or detect potential CSAE content, we:
- Immediately remove the content and disable the associated account
- Preserve evidence for law enforcement
- Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

- U.S. PROTECT Act
- Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- EU Digital Services Act requirements
