Welcome to MateFate ("the App"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our application. By registering, logging in, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

MateFate is a social dating application designed to help users discover and connect with new people. Our main features include, but are not limited to:

• User registration and profile management
• Nearby user discovery and recommendations
• Instant messaging
• Posting and browsing moments
• Identity verification services
• VIP membership services

2. User Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have full legal capacity
• Not have been permanently banned from our services
• Agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws

If you do not meet these requirements, please do not use the App.

3. Account Registration and Security

4.2 User Content

You are responsible for all content you post on the App. You warrant that:

• You have the legal right to post the content
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your content is true and accurate

We have the right, but not the obligation, to review user content and may remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. VIP Membership Services

5.1 Paid Services

The App offers VIP membership services with additional features and privileges. VIP services are paid services; specific pricing and benefits are displayed within the App.

5.2 Subscription and Renewal

VIP services are auto-renewable unless cancelled before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription through the app store at any time.

5.3 Refund Policy

Once purchased, VIP services are generally non-refundable except as required by law. For special circumstances, please contact our support team.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App (including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and content) belong to us or our licensors. Without written authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use this content.

You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute your content to provide and promote our services.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee the continuity, security, or accuracy of our services
• We are not responsible for the outcomes of interactions between users
• We are not responsible for the truthfulness of information provided by users
• We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure or maintenance

Please exercise caution when interacting with other users and protect your personal safety and property.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App
• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect
• Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision
